What's new in AnytimeRep.

Everything we ship, newest first. The 28 changes below are the ones you will notice; more than a hundred improvements have gone out since August.

Inbox

Take over a live chat, then hand it back

Step into any website chat from the conversation page, or straight from the Slack alert. Reply quietly as your rep, or join by your own name so the visitor sees who joined. Give the chat back when you are done, and the rep answers at once if the visitor is waiting. If a visitor waits three minutes for you, the rep picks the chat up again by itself.

Leads

Notes and follow-up reminders on every lead

Every lead has a Notes tab for what was said and what comes next. Give a note a follow-up time and a teammate. When it is due, that teammate gets one reminder in Slack and one by email.

Leads

A page for every lead

Open a lead on its own page, with the whole conversation beside it. The conversation header shows the lead's stage, and your team can change it there.

Chat

Replies at a person's pace

Replies now land at a quick rep's reading and typing speed: typing dots, then the whole message. The pacing never holds a reply back more than 10 seconds after the visitor's first unanswered message.

Inbox

More filters, deeper search

The inbox has more filters, and search now reaches past the latest 50 conversations. A visitor who shares an email gets their real picture instead of a generated face.

Knowledge

Choose what each agent reads

An agent can answer from only the knowledge sources you pick for it, so a sales agent and a support agent can each stay on their own material.

Agents

Checks that run more than once

A saved check can run 1, 3 or 5 times and pass at a threshold you set, so one unlucky reply does not hide a real problem, or fail a good change.

Integrations

Every integration gets its own page

Twilio is now an integration with a page for each phone number. Slack has a step-by-step setup guide, and every integration shows its own logo.

Signals

Live intent and team alerts

After every reply, the rep reads how close the visitor is to buying, whether they shared contact details, asked for a person or sound frustrated. A hot lead, a request for a person and a frustrated visitor each send your team one alert.

Chat

New leads reach your ad tags

When a visitor becomes a lead, the widget fires an AnytimeLead event on your page, so the ad and analytics tags you already run can count it.

Assistant

Ask the dashboard about your numbers

The AnytimeRep Agent, the helper inside your dashboard, now answers questions about attribution, breakdowns and any single conversation.

Assistant

Meet the AnytimeRep Agent

A helper on every dashboard page. Ask it to change an agent or take you to the right setting, and it does.

Agents

See exactly what the AI receives

The Sent to AI tab shows the full prompt your agent gets, with every field filled in, so nothing about a reply is a mystery.

Phone

A new live voice on your phone line

Your Twilio numbers now ring a live voice agent built on OpenAI's realtime voice models: faster, more natural turns, and the same knowledge your chat uses.

Testing

One private test page

Try your rep on a private page before any visitor sees it: in a sandbox, or live, with campaigns and a console, and a real reset.

Agents

Flag a reply, get one fix

Flag a reply you would have written differently. You get one proposed fix, a replay of the chat with it in, and a saved check so it stays fixed. Nothing changes until you approve it, and every change can be undone.

Phone

One phone greeting per agent

Set the first line your rep says on a call. On the phone, the rep now speaks first and keeps goodbyes short.

Phone

Live transcript on test calls

Test-call your rep from the browser and watch the transcript as you talk. Each agent can have its own voice lines and its own knowledge.

Setup

Setup that drafts itself

The setup wizard drafts your first agent, fills in your business profile from your knowledge and writes the first chat bubble. You review and adjust.

Automations

Automations that call, text and move leads

Build flows that follow up on their own: call a new lead, send a text, move the lead along. Call and Route connects an answered lead to a person on your team, and a Test button walks the flow before it goes live.

Leads

See the company behind a visitor

Company identification shows which business a visitor works for, the full company profile on the lead, and other people at that company.

Teams

Organizations with subaccounts

Run many brands or clients from one organization: each subaccount has its own agents, inbox and numbers, and your team moves between them with one switch.

Platform

Leads board, campaigns, webhooks and more

Leads get search, filters, sorting and a board view. Campaigns start conversations on the pages you choose, with behaviour triggers and a daily cap. Webhooks and a read API send your data where you need it. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key. Calendly booking, knowledge gap auto-fill from your own site, and a monthly report.
